Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns on select items for a refund or merchandise credit within 15 days of the delivery date.

To initiate your return, follow the instructions. Please contact us at
support@bellisimoliving.com and we can gladly assist you. Please make sure to add your order number and the reason for the return.

Eligible items to be returned must be new, unused, in original packaging, and resalable condition with tags attached. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned items and a 15% restocking fee will be charged.

The following Items are excluded from being returned: clearance items, final sale items, and special-order items. We reserve the right to refuse any return if the item does not meet the above criteria or at the discretion of store management.

For all returned items, customers must send (2) photos of the item and (2) of the packaging, so we can best assist you.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS:
Customers are responsible for inspecting items upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at support@bellisimoliving.com within 24 hours and we will take care of this issue.

Please make sure to include your order number and images as described previously. We will include a pre-paid shipping label. No restocking fee will be charged.

REFUNDS:
Once we have received your return, we will inspect it, and notify you via email of the authorized refund. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return is received.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as merchandise credit as per customer choice.

Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed once your return is authorized.
